Stillness

Today, I want to speak to you about the power of stillness. In our fast-paced and often chaotic world, it can be difficult to find moments of peace and quiet. But I believe that stillness is essential to our well-being and our ability to connect with the world around us.

When we are constantly surrounded by noise and distractions. Our minds become cluttered and we lose touch with our inner selves.
