PARKING: Please park in designated area(s). FOOD: Guests are welcome to bring food to barbecue. No food will be provided. POOL: No lifeguard will be on duty and towels will not be provided. DOGS: Friendly canine companions are welcome but should be leashed at all times. Please clean up after your animal companions. RESTROOMS: There is one gender neutral restroom available with two stalls. CAMPING: Overnight tent camping is available in designated areas but campers must bring their own tents. --- **General Liability Waiver** By attending this event, you agree to the following terms: 1. **Assumption of Risk**: You acknowledge and accept that your participation in this event is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage or loss. You assume all risks associated with your participation. 2. **Release of Liability**: You hereby release, waive, and discharge HumanityOne, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that you may sustain while participating in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 3. **Indemnification**: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may arise due to your participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 4. **Medical Treatment**: In the event of an emergency, you authorize the Releasees to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for your immediate care and agree that you will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered. 5. **Photography and Media Release**: By attending this event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media recorded during the event for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation. 6. **Compliance with Rules**: You agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and venue staff. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this waiver, and you voluntarily agree to all of its terms.
